椎弓根螺钉系统治疗胸腰椎骨折46例临床分析 被引量:1

摘要 目的分析经椎弓根螺钉系统治疗胸腰椎骨折的临床效果。方法应用CD、AF、RF内固定系统治疗胸腰椎骨折46例,其中椎体屈曲压缩性16例,爆裂性骨折30例;合并脊髓神经损伤16例,其中完全性神经损伤4例,不完全性神经损伤12例。结果经随访,采用摄X线片测定椎体前、后缘高度,观察其高度矫正情况:前缘术前平均高度40%,术后94%,后缘术前平均高度92%,术后98%。完全性神经损伤完全恢复1例,部分恢复2例,无恢复1例;不完全性神经损伤完全恢复8例,大部分恢复4例。结论椎弓根螺钉系统治疗胸腰椎骨折具有复位满意,内固定牢固,容许患者早期下床活动等优点,是一种安全有效的治疗方法。
