摘要
目的:探讨翼腭窝良性肿瘤的临床表现和治疗方法。方法:17例患者,均为翼腭窝良性肿瘤,回顾性研究其临床表现、治疗手段、预后。结果:17例患者,全部经手术治疗,肿瘤全切率为100%。结论:翼腭窝良性肿瘤的位置深,周围存在重要结构,术前需周全考虑,选择最适宜的手术方法。
Objective： to discuss the clinical performance and the treatment of the benign tumours involved the pterygopalatine fossa. Method： review 17 patients, with the benign tumours involved the pterygopalatine fossa, summarizing the clinical performance and the treatment choice. Result： 17 patients, all were operated, the tumours were removed totally. Resolution： the tumor involved the pterygopalatine fossa is deeply located, there are many important structures nearby, therefore, we must consider it thoroughly, and choose the best surgical approach.
