Discussion of Connotation on Principles of Diagnosis of Ermiao Wan Categorized Formula

目的:探索类方方剂作用规律的研究途径。方法:以二妙丸、三妙丸、四妙丸及加味四妙丸组成的系列类方为例,分析它们的组方结构、主治疾病的发病机制及生物效应。结果:二妙丸系列方在组方结构、发病机制及抗炎、镇痛、降尿酸及免疫作用方面具有相关性。

Objective： To study principles of diagnosis of categorized formulas, and provide how principles of diagnosis of categorized formulas. Methods： Taking for demonstration the categorized formulas to study of Ermiao Wan, Sanmiao Wan, Simiao Wan, and Jiawei Simiao Wan, its structure of formulation, pathogenesis for treatment disease and the effect were discussed. Results： Ermiao Wan Categorized Formula are relativity on structure of formulation and the effect of anti-inflammatory, analgesia, reduction of uric acid levels and immuno-potentiating actions.
