种植机用于自体成熟磨牙移植的临床研究

APPLICATION STUDY ON CLINICAL IMPLANT MACHINE IN DENTAL TRANSPLANTATION OF AUTOGENOUS TEETH

摘要 目的探讨种植机在自体磨牙移植中的应用方法,评价其临床效果.方法选择磨牙、前磨牙缺失18例及磨牙残根残冠行微创拔除32例,应用法国Satelec种植工具完成移植窝制备,拔除自体第三磨牙并植入移植窝,同期植入自体骨,光固化固定4周,周期进行移植牙根管治疗.结果3例术后1个月移植牙松动被拔除,37例(92.5%)术后随访1~7年,移植牙稳固,咀嚼功能正常,X线示移植牙与牙槽骨紧密贴合,牙根无吸收,2例出现牙根骨化.结论应用种植机实施自体牙移植时牙槽窝再造具有去骨精确、骨损伤小、成功率高的优点,临床效果肯定. Objective To explore the application method for dental implant machine in autogenous molar teeth transplantation and evaluate the clinical effects. Methods The research samples including two parts.. 18 cases with the molar and premolar loss, and 32 cases with residue roots or residue crowns which were extracted by mini mally- invasive technique. The teeth transplantation area was prepared with Frialit - 2 appliances similar to the dental implant procedure. The autogenous third molar was extracted and implanted in the prepared bone area. The autogenous bone was implanted immediately in bone defect between tooth and alveolar bone. The im- Planted third molar was fixed with orthodontic light- cure. The rootcanal treatment was finished as soon as the molar extracted in the fixture phase. Results 3 cases failed due to loosening genous tooth one months later after implantation. 37cases (92.5%) got satisfactory inclinical effect. The autogenous teeth were fixed with normal mastication function after 1 to 9 years. The radiographic observation showed that the integration between the tooth and bone was confirmed. There was no obvious resorption in teeth root. Conclusion The appliance of dental implanted surgical techniques are valuable in autogenous teeth transplantation. This method show many advantages such as accurate operation, less bone trauma and high success rate. Its clinical effect is undoubtedly.
