促红细胞生成素引起纯红细胞再生障碍性贫血1例 被引量：2

摘要 患者．女．33岁。主因慢性肾小球肾炎终末期肾衰于2004年10月15日开始血液透析治疗。当时查血常规Hb50-60g／L．常规给予促红细胞生成素（erythropoietin，EPO）3000U．每周2次．皮下注射。同时给予铁剂、叶酸、维生素Blz等辅助治疗。Hb逐渐升至100105g／L左右，后将EPO剂量减为2000U，每周2次皮下注射．病情一直平稳．Hb稳定在90～110g／L。大约到2006年10月．
