From the aspects of journal characteristics, editing team, work environment and harmonizing relations, the experiences of publishing Air Force Engineering University Journal （natural edition） are introduced. The author holds that the team, authorship and editorial board are the “basic conditions” for the journal publishing. The ideas of service, unity, progressing and creativeness are the “internal environment”. And the good internal and external relations are the “external conditions”.
