摘要
采用正交试验法对镀锌层三价铬黑色钝化工艺组分进行优化,研究了工艺参数对钝化膜外观和耐蚀性的影响。根据实验结果优选出镀锌层三价铬黑色钝化工艺,该工艺含有三价铬盐、硝酸盐、钴镍盐和磷酸根,采用有机羧酸作配位剂。此工艺能够获得外观均匀黑亮、附着力良好的膜层,中性盐雾试验出白锈时间大于120h。
The bath compositions oftrivalent chrome black passivation for zinc plating coating were optimized by orthogonal test method and the effects of operation conditions on the appearance and the corrosion resistance of the passivation film were investigated. An optimal passivation technology of trivalent chrome black passivation was confirmed based on above experiments. The passivation bath includes chromium(Ⅲ) ions, nitrate ions, cobalt(Ⅱ) ions, nickel(Ⅱ) ions and phosphate with organic acid as a complexing agent. The passivation film obtained from the optimal technology has bright black surface with uniform color and good adhesion to the electroplated zinc coating. No white rust was generated on the passivated zinc coating after exoosure in Neutral Salt Spray for 120 h
