德国小蠊变应原皮内试验与血清sIgE检测的相关性 被引量:3

Correlation between Serum sIgE and the Reaction in Skin Test of Blattella Germanica allergen

摘要 目的探讨德国小蠊变应原皮内试验与血清sIgE检测的相关性。方法通过对德国小蠊变应原天然粗浸液进行酶联免疫吸附实验(ELISA)测定蟑螂过敏病人血清sIgE水平,与皮试结果进行相关性比较。结果当皮试阳性反应程度≥"+"时,sIgE阳性率为41.7%,皮试与ELISA的符合率为65.6%;当皮试阳性反应程度≥"++"时,sIgE阳性率为60%,皮试与ELISA的符合率为87.5%,皮试程度与血清sIgE抗体检测结果显著相关;当皮试阳性反应程度≥"+++"时,皮试与ELISA完全相符。结论强阳性皮试反应程度与ELISA检测血清sIgE水平呈一致关系,两种方法可相结合用于分析诊断德国小蠊变应原。 Objective To study the correlation between the reaction in skin test and the level of serum IgE to Blattella Germanica allergen. Method Enzyme linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) was used for the detection of serum IgE. The results were compared with the skin test. The degree of positive skin reactivity was scored as +, + +, and + + +. Result When the score of the skin test was ≥ +, 41.7% of serum samples were positive for the IgE, and the correlation between the skin test and the IgE level was 65.6%. When the score of the skin test was ≥ + +, 60% of serum samples were positive for the IgE, and the correlation between the skin test and the IgE level was 87.5%. When the score of the skin test was ≥ + + +, the correlation between the skin test and the IgE level was 100%. Conclusion Positive correlation between a strong positive skin test and serum IgE was observed. These two methods can be used at the same time to analyse and the allergy of Blattella Germanica.
