结肠途径治疗对中暑犬降温作用及炎症因子的影响

摘要 目的研究结肠途径治疗对高温中暑犬降温作用及炎症因子的影响。方法建立高温中暑犬的动物模型,将犬随机分为两组(结肠途径治疗组、常规治疗组),比较两组的降温时间,应用放射免疫法测定中暑前,中暑后6 h、24 h、48 h血白细胞介素-1!(IL-1!)、白细胞介素-6(IL-6)、肿瘤坏死因子α(TNF-α)的水平,并进行统计学分析。结果与常规治疗组相比,肠疗组降温时间明显缩短(P<0.01),IL-1!、IL-6和TNF-α显著下降(P<0.05)。结论肠疗可加快高温中暑犬降温速度,清除血清炎症因子。 Objective To investigate the effects of colon hydrotherapy on cooling and inflammatory cytokines expression of dogs suffered from heat stroke. Method Dogs suffered from heat stroke were randomly divided into two groups (colon hydrotherapy group and conventional therapy group). Cooling time of dogs was determined. In addition, serum levels of IL-1β, IL-6 and TNF-α before heat stroke, and at 6 h, 24 h and 48 h after heat stroke were measured with radio-immunity assay. Result Cooling time in colon hydrotherapy group was significantly shorter than that in conventional therapy group (P〈0.05). The serum levels of IL-1β, IL-6 and TNF-α in colon hydrotherapy group were also significantly decreased compared with those in conventional therapy group (P〈 0.05). Conclusion Colon hydrotherapy is not only a more rapid cooling technique than conventional therapy but also can reduce the serum levels of inflammatory cytokines.
