超重及肥胖者血浆游离脂肪酸浓度与动态血压的关系 被引量:5

Correlative between serum FFA and ambulatory blood pressure in overweight and obesity subjects

摘要 目的:探讨超重及肥胖者血浆游离脂肪酸(FFA)水平及动态血压的关系。方法:检测57例超重及肥胖者和56例体重正常者血浆FFA、血脂、血糖、胰岛素(INS)浓度,并检查24h动态血压。结果:超重及肥胖者血浆FFA、甘油三酯(TG)、血糖、INS及24h平均血压水平均较对照组显著升高(P<0.01),且超重与肥胖者血浆FFA浓度与24h平均血压呈正相关,SBP(r=0.406,P<0.01),DBP(r=0.361,P<0.01)。结论:超重及肥胖者血浆游离脂肪酸浓度升高,可能与高血压的发病有关。  Objective:To investigate the relationship between serum free fatty acids(FFA)and ambulatory blood pressure in overweight and obesity subjects.Methods:Serum FFA,fasting blood sugar,lipid and insulin(INS),24h ambulatory blood pressure were measured in 57 overweight,obesity subjects and 56 normal subjects matched for age and sex.Results:overweight and obesity subjects had higher serum FFA,FBS,TG,INS and blood pressure levels compared with normal subjects(P〈0.01);there were significantly positive correlation among FFA and 24h mean systolic blood pressure(r=0.406,P〈0.01),24h mean diastolic blood pressure(r=0.361,P〈0.01).Conclusion:higher serum FFA may play an important role in the hypertension pathogenesis of overweight and obesity subjects.
