摘要
在分析城乡结合部内涵和特性的基础上,尝试从非农化建设密度、土地权属特征入手,应用门槛值法、空间叠加法进行城乡结合部地域的识别,并在北京中心城地区进行了试验。在识别出北京市中心城城乡结合部地域的基础上,进一步借助地理信息系统的手段,对其土地利用特点进行分析,同时设计了有关指标和方法,划分出不同的土地利用地域类型,并提出差别化的土地利用引导策略。
Based on its definition and characteristics, this paper tries to identify the urbanrural linkage area of the Beijing＇s center city in the perspective of urbanized construction density and property fights, using methods of threshold and spatial overlay. The outstanding problems in this area and their causes are then analyzed in a land use perspectives by GIS tools. A couple of indicators are then designed to describe and classify it while differential land use strategies are proposed according to the classification.
