水稻条纹叶枯病的研究进展 被引量:12

摘要 水稻条纹叶枯病对水稻生产造成了广泛而严重的危害。水稻条纹叶枯病毒(RSV)是致病的元凶,而灰飞虱是传播者。RSV在植物体内能形成核糖核蛋白体(RNP)及内含体,但不形成病毒颗粒。每个RNP只含一种RNA。RSV的全基因组由4条单链RNA组成,编码7种蛋白,它们的具体功能正被逐渐阐明。目前对于RSV的致病机制和植物的抗病机制的研究也取得了进展。
