氯沙坦联用美托洛尔治疗慢性充血性心力衰竭的疗效

摘要 目的探讨氯沙坦联用美托洛尔治疗慢性充血性心力衰竭(CHF)的临床疗效。方法将72例CHF患者随机分成2组,观察组(36例)给予氯沙坦25～100mg1次/d,美托洛尔6.25mg2次/d,如无不良反应,每2周剂量倍增;对照组给予氯沙坦25～100mg1次/d。两组疗程均6个月。结果两组治疗前后心功能、左室舒张末期内径(LVEDd)、左室收缩末期内径(LVESd)、左室射血分数比较,均明显改善(P<0.05),治疗后观察组优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论采用氯沙坦联用美托洛尔治疗CHF患者疗效优于单用氯沙坦,且耐受性好。
