本文以工商管理本科为视角,从创新能力的要求、存在的问题等人手,创新对工商管理专业大学生的重要意义和价值,并提出了工商管理本科创新型人才培养的若干途径和措施。

This paper focuses on the business administration teaching reform for undergraduate students, perspective from inno- vation ability, the issue of manpower, the importance and value of the innovative business management professionals to students, and the undergraduate business administration to cultivate innovative talents of a number of channels and measures.
