我区高校教师职称评聘工作存在的问题及对策探析

An Exploration to the Problems and Solutions in Professional Title Evaluation of College Teachers in Guangxi

专业技术职务评聘工作是目前对高校教师的教学水平、科研能力、工作业绩的综合测试方式之一,也是对知识和教师的尊重以及对教师复杂脑力劳动的肯定,它关系到学校每位教师的切身利益。目前,我区高校教师职称评聘工作中还存在着一些问题。本文分析了职称评聘过程中存在的问题,并就如何解决这些问题提出了相应的对策。

At present, professional title evaluation of speciality and technology is one of the comprehensive assessments for college teachers in terms of teaching, researching, working and other competence. It shows respect to both knowledge and teachers for their complex mental work, which has much to do with every teacher＇s personal interest. At present, there are still some problems in professional title evaluation of college teachers in Guangxi. This article analyzes such problems and puts forward the solutions as well.
