超疏水聚丙烯表面的制备及血液相容性研究 被引量:9

摘要 将0.2g聚丙烯树脂在120℃溶于20ml二甲苯中,再滴涂在3片玻璃片上,然后分别在25、50和150℃条件下干燥,分别制得了具有低滚动角、高滚动角的超疏水表面和光滑的表面。血液相容性研究表明:具有低滚动角的超疏水表面具有良好的抗凝血性;超疏水聚丙烯表面没有血小板吸附,而光滑的聚丙烯薄膜表面则有明显的血小板吸附;超疏水聚丙烯和光滑聚丙烯薄膜表面的溶血率都低于5%且以具有低滚动角的超疏水聚丙烯表面的溶血率最低。  0.2g polypropylene resin were added into 20ml xylene to form an uniform solution at 120℃,and then a few drops of the polypropylene solution were dipped onto three glass plates.The samples were dried at 25,50,and 150℃ respectively.Accordingly,superhydrophobic polypropylene surface with low sliding angle,superhydrophobic polypropylene surface with high sliding angle,and smooth polypropylene film were obtained respectively.The blood compatibility tests showed that the superhydrophobic polypropylene surface with low sliding angle exhibited excellent antithrombogenicity property.The hemolysis rate of the superhydrophobic polypropylene surface was low,and no platelet was adhered on the superhydrophobic polypropylene surface.
