术后椎间盘炎的诊疗现状

摘要术后椎间盘炎是由Tumbull于1953年第一次报道的．它是一种少见的术后并发症，可见于多种脊柱的侵入性操作中。各种不同侵入性操作中其发病率在0．26％～44％。术后椎间盘炎在所有化脓性椎间盘炎中占30．1％，几乎在每一种侵入性脊柱操作中均有报道，
