腹腔镜手术联合GnRH-α治疗子宫内膜异位症合并不孕症的疗效被引量：6

摘要目的评估腹腔镜联合促性腺激素释放激素α(GnRH-α)治疗子宫内膜异位症合并不孕症的效果。方法将58例患者随机分成两组,A组29例术后用GnRH-α3.75mg皮下注射,每隔28d1次,共3个月;B组29例术后用孕三烯酮2.5mg口服,每周2次,共3个月。比较两组术后盆腔疼痛缓解情况、妊娠率和复发率。结果A组盆腔疼痛缓解率为93.10%(27/29),B组为86.20%(25/29),两组比较差异无显著性(P>0.05);A组妊娠率为75.86%(22/29),B组为44.83%(13/29),两组比较差异有显著性(P<0.05)。A组复发率为6.90%(2/29),B组为31.03%(9/29),两组比较差异有显著性(P<0.05)。结论腹腔镜手术联合GnRH-α治疗子宫内膜异位症合并不孕症的效果良好。
