藤茶多糖抗肿瘤及免疫调节作用的研究 被引量:24

摘要 研究藤茶多糖的体内抑瘤作用及免疫调节活性。通过制备S180荷瘤小鼠动物模型,随机分组,分别腹膜注射生理盐水、环磷酰胺和藤茶多糖,连续9d,然后测定小鼠瘤重、脏器指数、免疫能力、血清LDH活性等。结果表明,25~100mg/kg·d的藤茶多糖(AGP)抑瘤率为5.81%~32.56%;与模型对照组比较,50、100mg/kg·d的AGP能显著提高荷瘤小鼠迟发性超敏反应、腹腔巨噬细胞吞噬率与吞噬指数、小鼠血清溶血素含量与脾细胞抗体形成等指标,并显著抑制S180小鼠血清LDH活性和提高红细胞CAT活性(p<0.05,p<0.01)。说明,藤茶多糖具有体内抑制S180小鼠肿瘤生长的作用,其机理可能是通过增强荷瘤小鼠免疫力和抗氧化能力。 This paper studied the effect of polysaccharide from Ampelopsis Grossedentata (AGP)on S180 tumor growth inhibition and immunoregulation in vivo. S180 cells were implanted into the axilla of normally growing mice by subcutaneous injection except the normal control mice. The mice were randomly divided into six groups and injected with physiological saline, cyclophosphamide and AGP into their intra-pefitoneal respectively for 9 days, then the mice were killed and the indexes were detected, including the weight of tumor and immune organ, immune capability and the activity of serum lactic dehydrogenase (LDH), etc. Results showed that AGP could inhibit tumor growth in vivo and the inhibition rate was from 5.81% to 32.56% at 25-100 mg/kg od of AGP. Compared with tumor-bearing control, the AGP at 50 and 100 mg/kg od could remarkably enhance delayed-type hypersensitivity(DTH), macrophage phagocytic rate and phagocytic index, serum hemohysin content and splenic antibody formation, also, AGP could inhibit the activity of serum LDH, and increase the activity of catalase in erythrocyte (CAT) of S180-bearing mice(p 〈 0.05, p 〈 0.01). The conceivable mechanism of inhibiting tumor growth of AGP in vivo is by increasing the immunity and antioxidative capability of tumor-bearing mice.
