摘要 评价脑血流自身调节的方法很多,主要包括血压-自动调节和脑血管运动反应性两方面。评价脑血流自身调节情况可以了解脑小血管的储备能力,预测发生缺血性脑血管事件的风险,有利于指导临床治疗。 Methods to assess cerebrovascular autoregulation are variable, including blood pressure-autoregulation and cerebrovascular motor reactivity. Evaluation of cerebrovascular autoregulation may be used to assess cerebral circulation reserve. It may predict the risk of ischemic cerebral vascular event, and may contribute to clinical therapy.
