摘要
目的探讨减少孤独症儿童鹦鹉学舌现象并诱导出主动语言的训练方法。方法运用补缺法、重音法、节奏提取法与口形对照法对1例具有鹦鹉学舌语言特点的孤独症儿童进行语言训练。结果经5个月训练后,患儿的鹦鹉学舌式语言显著减少,主动回答问题的能力显著提高。结论应用多种教育训练方法通过各种感官对孤独症儿童的鹦鹉学舌式语言进行全方位矫正可以显著提高患儿的语言能力。
Objective To investigate the training methods decreasing parrot speech and producing active speech for autistic children. Methods One autistic child with parrot speech was trained with methods of closure, stress, rhyme and tongue antitheses. Results After 5 months training, the parrot speech of the child decreased and active speech increased significantly. Conclusion The parrot speech of autistic children can be improved with educational training and multi-sensory input.
