摘要
作为一种新型射流式浮选机,Jameson浮选槽采用高速射流剪切空气形成负压以改善充气性能,通过强烈的气泡矿化区和稳定的浮选区分离技术以实现良好的浮选性能。文章论述了Jameson浮选槽的分选原理和机械结构特点,将其分选性能同传统的机械搅拌式浮选机进行了比较,介绍了Jameson1500/16型浮选槽应用于古汉山选煤厂分选无烟煤泥的生产情况。
As one kind of new jet flow type flotation machine, the Jameson cell uses the high speed jet to cut the air to form the negative pressure to improve the gasification performance, realizes the outstanding flotation process performance through the intense air bubble mineralization area and the stable flotation process area separation technology. Principles of Jameson cell, as well as its mechanic characteristics, were presented, and its performance was comprised with the conventional mechanical agitation flotation separator. At last, the application of the Jameson1500/16 cell in Guhanshan coal preparation plant for anthracite slurry separation was introduced.
