硫酸软骨素蛋白多糖胶质细胞的研究进展 被引量:2

摘要 目的简介硫酸软骨素蛋白多糖(NG2)胶质细胞的生理特性及功能。方法归纳总结NG2胶质细胞的特性和研究现状。结果在中枢神经系统中,有一类胶质细胞,细胞表面专一表达NG2蛋白聚糖,称之为NG2胶质细胞。近年来对NG2细胞在中枢神经系统中作用的研究越来越多。已经从先前的分化和鉴别发展到对它与神经元功能和突触可塑性之间关系的研究。结论提示近年来有关NG2细胞的发育分化、功能特性、与神经元的相互作用及其与神经再生和疾病关系等的研究方向。 Objective To review the physiological characters and potential function of chondroitin sulphate proteoglycan, CSPG(NG2) glial cells in the central nervous system. Methods In conclusion of the NG2 glial properties and the global, novel researches on NG2 cells. Results Cells that express the NG2 proteoglycan comprise a unique population of glial cells in the central nervous system. Study on their role in the CNS becomes more and more popular. Previous researches mainly focus on the differentiation and distinction. Now the relationship between NG2 glial cells and neurons, and the synaptic plasticity is becoming a hot topic. Conclusion This review referred the research development of NG2 glial cells, including the differentiation, migration, their interaction with neurons, and the potential role in glial cell regeneration in disease systematically.
