摘要 针对露天矿生产调度效率低下这一现状,提出了采用GPS技术,将计算机网络、通信技术、优化理论、管理信息系统等结合起来,开发出实用高效的露天矿生产调度系统,实现了对移动设备实时数据的采集及动态显示、设备状态分析、调度方案的确定、数据处理、查询统计数据生成等功能,解决了配矿问题、GPS定位误差以及移动设备位置判定这些关键性问题,并成功将其应用于实践中。本系统的成功应用对于露天矿实现自动化管理有重要的意义。 In view of the low efficiency in traditional production scheduling system of open-pit mine, the authors have developed a practical and efficient production scheduling system for open-pit mines by adopting global positioning system (GPS) and combining the computer network technology, digital communication system, optimization theory and management information system, which can realize the management of traveling equipment through the functions such as acquisition and dynamic display of real-time data, state analysis of equipment, determination of dispatching plan, data processing, data inquire, statistics and generation, etc. It has solved the key problems including ore blending, GPS positioning error and traveling equipment positioning and been successfully applied in the practice, which is of great significance to the realization of open-pit mine automatic management.
