摘要
该环模系统以氧、氮贮气罐作为气源,由调节阀调节系统的组份、压力及流量。分别推导出试验容器环模系统组份、压力、流量调节各单元的动态数学模型及整个过程的模型,并用这些模型在Matrixx软件上进行仿真。仿真结果表明:对于系统组份调节、微调室压力调节,只要采用适当参数的PID控制器,调节性能较好地达到设计要求。对于实验舱的压力、流量调节,每一条支路中的参数还需要进行解耦。采用不变性解耦方法进行解耦,再加上一个PID调节器,经过仿真发现它对各种状态都能取到较好的解耦调节作用。
The gas is supplied by two vessels that fill with oxygen or nitrogen and the component, pressure and flow rate of the system are adjusted by means of electric valves in the environmental simulation system. The dynamic mathematical models for the component, pressure and flow rate adjusting were established, These models were simulated by Matrixx. The result shows that the system component, pressure in minute adjust room can be adjusted well by PID controls with suitable parameters. But to the pressure and flow rate of the test vessels, it should be decoupled in adjusting course because of the parameter coupling, of which it shows the adjusting result well by means of the invariance decoupling method adding a PID controls with suitable parameters.
