摘要
为提高重载车辆悬架系统的道路友好性,利用Matlab/Simulink建立基于混合控制策略的半主动悬架系统的道路友好性仿真模型,分析了阻尼力分配系数对车辆-路面动态载荷的影响。利用动态载荷系数、动态载荷应力因子道路友好性指标评价了具有混合控制策略的半主动悬架系统的道路友好性。研究结果表明,当阻尼力分配系数为0.2~0.6时可使基于混合控制策略的半主动悬架系统的具有较好的道路友好性。
Aiming to improve the road-friendliness of heavy lorries, a simulation model for comparing road-friendliness of heavy lorries with semi-active suspension systems based on hybrid control strategy and passive systems was proposed using MATLAB/Simulink package. The model was used to analyze the influence of relative ratio between skyhook and groundhook ( a )on vehicle-road dynamic force. Road-friendliness of semi-active suspension system based on the hybrid control strategy was evaluated using DLC and DLSF road damage criterion. The results show that the road-friendliness of semi-active suspension systems with the hybrid control strategy could be improved by properly adjusting the relative ratio α (0.2-0.6)
