摘要
光泽是纺织材料的重要外观性质,不同材质的纱线因其纤维结构和在纤维集合体中纤维的排列方式的不同导致织物表面光泽的差异。通过摄取不同材质的纱线,提取纱线的亮度值,作亮度分布图,并根据亮度分布图分析不同材质的纱线图片中的亮度分布的差异,用最小二乘法对纱线的亮度进行曲面拟合。用拟合后得到的亮度函数去仿真纱线,能达到较真实的模拟效果。
Luster is an important surface property of the fabric material. The different material texture yarn with different fabric structure and ranking mode in the aggregation leads to the dissimilar luster in fabric surface, By analyzing the brightness distribution of yarns' images of the different material texture, yarn was simulated with the brightness function, which was made by extracting the value of the brightness and fitting them by least square method, Experiment results show that this method can reflect the appearance's difference of the different material texture yarn effectively.
