摘要
作者以聚四氟乙烯(PTFE)为固体润滑剂填料对GM型齿轮润滑成膜膏进行了改进,并且研制出了两种新的成膜膏系列产品。经四球试验机、动静摩擦系数精密测定仪和SRV试验机评价的结果表明,添加PTFE的GM-2型成膜膏的承载能力和减磨性能都明显地比未添加的好;以PTFE为主要固体润滑剂填料的GM-3和MFC-1型两种润滑成膜膏也都具有良好的润滑性能,其中后者的性能与含PTFE的GM-2型成膜膏的接近。通过对摩擦轨迹的电子探针检测发现,PTFE在摩擦过程中于摩擦表面形成了转移膜,因而改善了润滑成膜膏的摩擦学性能。
This paper describes that the model GM lubricating film-forming pastes for gears was improved by using polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE) as the lubricating filler, and two series of lubricating film-forming pastes were developed. The load carrying capacity and antiwear property of model GM-2 lubricating film-forming pastes containing PTFE 晈ere much superior to that of the original product through the appraisal of four-ball tester, precision dynamic-statical frictionmeter and SRV tester. The GM-3 and MFC-1 lubricating film-forming pastes in -which PTFE was the main component of solid lubricants, also are of good lubricating properties, the performance of MFC-1 is similar to that of the GM-2 lubricating; film-forming pastes. It was found that PTFE formed a transfer film on the rubbing surfaces during friction process by using electron probe, this is the cause for improving the tribological properties of lubricating film-forming pastes.
The results of four-ball testing showed that the weld load of GM-2 lubricating film-forming paste containing 3% PTFE was 7840N, whereas GM-3 lubricating film-forming paste in which MoS2 was mainly replaced with PTFE, higher than 7840N; Under the conditions of 50C, SOON and 1000|o.m(amplitude), the friction coefficient of four lubricating film-forming pastes tested by SRV tester as follows-.
