糖尿病患者感染大肠埃希菌产β-内酰胺酶的类型研究 被引量:4

β-Lactamases Produced by Escherichia coli in Diabetic Patients:Their Classification and Distribution

摘要 目的研究糖尿病患者感染大肠埃希菌(ECO)所产各种β-内酰胺酶(-βlase)分布情况。方法采用多底物改良相邻纸片检测糖尿病患者感染ECO 60株所产各种-βlase。结果60株ECO总-βlase检出率为81.67%,其中产青霉素酶5株(8.33%),产广谱酶17株(28.33%),产超广谱β-内酰胺酶(ESBLs)27株(45.00%),未检出亚胺培南酶;27株产ESBLs菌株中头孢他啶、氨曲南、头孢噻肟为底物的分别为25、25、26株。结论糖尿病患者感染ECO所产各种-βlase以广谱酶、ESBLs为主,未检出亚胺培南酶,产ESBLs菌株的头孢他啶、头孢噻肟、氨曲南检出率相同。 OBJECTIVE To study the classification and distribution of the β-lactamases produced by Escherichia coli in diabetic patients. METHODS To detect the β-1actamases produced by E. coli in diabetic patients with a multi-disk synergy test. RESULTS Forty-nine strains of 60 strains in our study produced the β-lactamases with total positive rate of 81.67%, From them 5 strains were producing penicillinases, 17 strains producing BSBLs (28.33%), and 27 strains were producing ESBLs (45. 00%), no carbapenem-hydrolyzing β-1actamases were detected. In 27 strains producing ESBLs, the sensitivities to the ceftazidime, aztreonam and cefotaxime were similar. CONCLUSIONS The types of β-lactamases produced by E. coli in diabetic patients are mainly BSBLs and ESBLs, without carbapenem-hydrolyzing β-lactamases; the sensitivities to the ceftazidime, aztreonam and cefotaxime are similar.
