复杂柴油机缸盖研制过程中CAD/CAE工程优化 被引量:1

摘要 通过对某新型缸盖结构的分析,利用三维建模软件中的高级曲面建模功能完成缸盖铸件及其工艺数字化建模;应用铸造工艺模拟软件ProCAST对前期设计的两种工艺方案进行模拟分析对比,对优化后的工艺继续二次优化,获取合理工艺。结果表明,经二次优化后的铸造工艺充型凝固过程满足产品设计要求,实际解剖显示,模拟结果与解剖结果吻合良好。 The paper analyses the new type of cap cover structure, using 3-D modeling software advanced surface function achievement cap cover casting numeric model and technics numeric model. Application casting simulation software ProCAST was carried through to contrast the former two type technics projects and continued twice optimized, The best technics was obtained. The results show that the process of casting full and solidification in twice optimized technics is satisfaction product design request. The fact anatomise show that the results of the numerical simulateion and the experimental study were showed a good agreement.
