摘要
对精益生产的理念进行了浅述,在铸造企业生产过程的现场管理及铸造工艺的精益化方面提出了自己的见解,并着重强调了准时化生产,提高产品在市场中的竞争力,同时提出循序渐进地推行精益生产,永不满足,使精益生产永无止境的进行下去。
The idea about LP is introduced in the scene management of casting production and casting technology. Just In Time（JIT）is reemphasized to improve the competitive power, Puting forward the extension of LP step by step in order to practice LP without end.
