摘要
通过对锅炉下辐射区水动力工况进行计算,由此对锅炉的运行方式进行了大量的试验与调整,解决了水冷壁超温过热爆管的现象,治理之后,水冷壁泄漏次数明显减少。
Based on the calculation of hydrodynamics condition in lower boiler radiation area, a number of tests and adjustments were conducted concerning boiler operation mode. The tube explosion problem caused by excessive temperature of water wall was resolved. The number of water wall leakage was reduced obviously.
