不同日龄大鼠感染不同剂量内毒素对其血气、血糖的影响

Effects of different doses of lipopolysaccharide on blood gas and blood glucose in septic rats of different ages

目的:观察不同日龄大鼠感染不同剂量内毒素对血气、血糖的影响。方法:通过向健康7d(新生组,60只)、18d(幼鼠组,47只)Wistar大鼠腹腔注射不同浓度的内毒素,制作脓毒症模型,在0、2、4、6、24h5个时点(采血时尚存活的)每个时点8只,断头取混合动、静脉血观察其血气及血糖的动态变化。结果:新生鼠24h出现显著代谢性酸中毒、呼吸性硷中毒及低氧血症;而幼鼠组酸血症出现的时间较早,且程度较轻,两组差异显著,P<0.05;新生鼠血糖24h最低,而幼鼠组最低点在6h,且改变明显减轻,两组差异显著,P<0.05。结论:不同日龄的大鼠对不同剂量内毒素的反应不同,年龄越小早期反应越迟钝,后期损害越严重。

Objective：To observe the effects of different doses of lipopolysaccharide （LPS） on the levels of blood gas and blood glucose in septic rats of different ages. Methods：The rat model of sepsis was established by intraperitoneal injection of 5 mg/kg and 4 mg/kg of LPS into 7-day-old （n = 60） and 18-day-old （n = 47） rats,respectively. Eight rats of each group were killed at 2,4,6,and 24 hours. The blood samples were obtained,and the dynamic changes in blood gas and blood glucose were determined. Results：The metabolic acidosis,respiratory alkalosis,and hypoxemia appeared in 7-day-old rats at 24 hours. The hypoxemia appeared earlier and less severe in 18-day-old rats,and the difference in hypoxemia between 7-day-old and 18-day-old rats was significant （P 〈 0.05）. The blood glucose was lowest at 24 hours in 7-day-old rats and at 6 hours in 18-day-old rats. There was significant difference in the level of blood glucose between 7-day-old and 18-day-old rats. Conclusion：The responses to different doses of LPS were various in rats of different ages. The younger the rats are,the later the symptoms appear.
