摘要
目的:观察不同日龄大鼠感染不同剂量内毒素对血气、血糖的影响。方法:通过向健康7d(新生组,60只)、18d(幼鼠组,47只)Wistar大鼠腹腔注射不同浓度的内毒素,制作脓毒症模型,在0、2、4、6、24h5个时点(采血时尚存活的)每个时点8只,断头取混合动、静脉血观察其血气及血糖的动态变化。结果:新生鼠24h出现显著代谢性酸中毒、呼吸性硷中毒及低氧血症;而幼鼠组酸血症出现的时间较早,且程度较轻,两组差异显著,P<0.05;新生鼠血糖24h最低,而幼鼠组最低点在6h,且改变明显减轻,两组差异显著,P<0.05。结论:不同日龄的大鼠对不同剂量内毒素的反应不同,年龄越小早期反应越迟钝,后期损害越严重。
Objective:To observe the effects of different doses of lipopolysaccharide (LPS) on the levels of blood gas and blood glucose in septic rats of different ages. Methods:The rat model of sepsis was established by intraperitoneal injection of 5 mg/kg and 4 mg/kg of LPS into 7-day-old (n = 60) and 18-day-old (n = 47) rats,respectively. Eight rats of each group were killed at 2,4,6,and 24 hours. The blood samples were obtained,and the dynamic changes in blood gas and blood glucose were determined. Results:The metabolic acidosis,respiratory alkalosis,and hypoxemia appeared in 7-day-old rats at 24 hours. The hypoxemia appeared earlier and less severe in 18-day-old rats,and the difference in hypoxemia between 7-day-old and 18-day-old rats was significant (P 〈 0.05). The blood glucose was lowest at 24 hours in 7-day-old rats and at 6 hours in 18-day-old rats. There was significant difference in the level of blood glucose between 7-day-old and 18-day-old rats. Conclusion:The responses to different doses of LPS were various in rats of different ages. The younger the rats are,the later the symptoms appear.
