白细胞介素8、弹性蛋白酶与中、重度慢性牙周炎临床指标的相关性

Correlation between the concentrations of interleukin-8 and elastase and the clinical indexes in patients with moderate to severe periodontitis

目的:探讨中、重度慢性牙周炎患者龈沟液中白细胞介素8(IL-8)及细胞内、外弹性蛋白酶浓度与临床指标的相关性。方法:检查30名中、重度慢性牙周炎患者初诊和治疗后1个月的牙周临床指标,并检测其龈沟液中IL-8及细胞内、外弹性蛋白酶浓度,以20名牙周健康者作为对照。结果:患病组细胞外弹性蛋白酶浓度显著高于健康对照组(P<0.01)。慢性牙周炎患者龈沟液中细胞外弹性蛋白酶浓度与牙周袋深度、牙周附着丧失呈显著正相关(P<0.01),细胞内、外弹性蛋白酶浓度与牙龈指数呈显著正相关(P<0.01)。结论:细胞外弹性蛋白酶浓度较IL-8浓度更能够反映牙周袋内的炎症程度。

Objective：To explore the correlation between the concentrations of interleukin-8 （IL-8） and elastase in the gingival cervicular fluid （GCF） and the clinical indexes in patients with moderate to severe periodontitis. Methods： The periodontal indexes in 30 patients with periodontitis were detected with Florida probe at the baseline and 1 month after the treatment. The levels of IL-8,elastase in the supernatant （EA-s）,and elastase in the pellet （EA-p） were measured in these 30 patients with peridontitis and 20 healthy controls. Results： The concentration of EA-s in patients with peridontitis was significantly higher than that in healthy controls. In patients with peridontitis,the concentration of EA-s in GCF was positively correlated with the periodontal pocket depth and attachment loss （P 〈 0.01）,and the concentrations of EA-s and EA-p were positively correlated with gingival indexes （P 〈 0.01）. Conclusion： The concentration of EA-s is more accurate than the concentration of IL-8 for indicating the inflammation of periodontal pocket.
