摘要
目的:探讨埋伏阻生牙有效的正畸牵引治疗方法。方法:本研究共包括38颗埋伏牙,对治疗方法、疗效进行回顾性分析。结果:38颗埋伏牙中4颗后牙未进行处理,2颗牙齿自行萌出,7颗牙齿拔除,25颗进行固定正畸配合闭合牵引助萌术进行牵引(其中4颗尚处于牵引过程中;1颗失败;20颗萌出,取得良好治疗效果)。结论:通过明确诊断,设计合理的矫治方案,采用正确的手术方式以及大小合适的牵引力和支抗,能够有效的牵引埋伏牙,取得良好的美观和功能效果。
Objective： To explore an effective orthodontic method for treating impacted teeth. Methods： A total of 38 impacted teeth were included in this study. The effectiveness and therapeutic efficacy were retrospectively analyzed. Results： Among these 38 teeth,4 were left untreated,2 erupted spontaneously,7 extracted. Among the 25 teeth treated with orthodontic traction combined with closed-eruption technique,1 was extracted,20 were moved into the arches,and 4 are still under the treatment. Conclusion： With correct diagnosis,reasonable design,and appropriate surgical approach with proper force and anchorage,the impacted teeth could be moved into alignment with good esthetic and functional effect.
