宫颈癌靶向治疗进展

摘要 随着近年宫颈癌的发病率增高及发病年龄渐趋年轻化,治疗后对生活质量的要求明显提高,随着对新的肿瘤特异位点的不断认识及由于免疫学和分子生物学的发展,以肿瘤形成过程中的受体、基因和信号转导为靶向的新的靶向治疗药物不断涌现。宫颈癌治疗模式需要进一步研究探索和改变。
