百特药液体外抑杀人体蠕形螨作用的实验研究 被引量:11

摘要 目的探讨"百特药液"对人体蠕形螨的体外抑杀作用。方法用挤压刮拭法刮取蠕形螨感染者面部皮脂,获取蠕形螨,分别用"百特药液"、甲硝唑溶液和伊维菌素溶液进行体外杀螨实验,不加任何药物载片上的蠕形螨视为空白对照组。观察不同组药物体外对蠕形螨的抑杀作用,记录螨的运动状况和形态变化,并作死螨计数。结果百特药液体外10 min内可将螨全部杀死,甲硝唑溶液30 min时仅有25%螨被杀死,伊维菌素溶液15 min内可将螨全部杀死,空白对照60 min时无一死亡。结论"百特药液"有较为理想的体外杀螨作用,其杀螨效果优于其他实验药物,具有进一步研究的价值。 Objective To study the effect of killing human Demodex with Baite in vitro. Methods Sebum was scraped from facial skin with human Demodex infestation to separate living mites. Then, Baite, Methronidazole and Ivemectine were used to kill human Demodex in vitro, separately. And mites without adding anything were as blank control. Thevariations of movement and morphology of the mites were traced, and the number of the killed mites was counted. Results Baite killed all the mites in 10 min, Methronidazole killed only 25% mites in 30 min, and ivemectine killed all the mites in 15 min. And in blank control, no mite died in 60 min. Conclusion Baite has better effect on killing human Demodex in vitro than other medicines involved in this study. And it is worthy of further study on clinical therapy for demodicidosis.
