摘要
目的:HPLC-UV指纹图谱,为科学评价与有效控制酸枣仁药材质量提供新方法。方法:收集14个产地酸枣仁药材21批,采用HPLC-UV法测定其指纹图谱。色谱条件:C18柱,乙腈-0.1磷酸为流动相进行梯度洗脱,检测波长203nm,流速1.0mL/min,柱温35°C。结果:建立了河北道地酸枣仁药材HPLC-UV指纹图谱共有模式,并对不同产地酸枣仁药材进行了相似度比较。结论:本法简便准确、结论可靠,可用于不同产地酸枣仁药材的指纹图谱测定和质量评价,为有效控制酸枣仁药材的内在质量提供了实验依据。
AIM： To establish a fingerprint analysis method for identification and quality control of Semen Ziziphi Spinosae of Hebei Province with HPLC-UV. METHODS ： Twenty-one batches of Semen Ziziphi Spinosae samples were collected from 14 places and were analyzed with the developed HPLC-UV fingerprints method. The HPLC separation was performed on a C18 analytical column by gradient eluted with a mixture consisting of acetonitrile and 0. 1% H3PO4 at a flow rate of 1.0 mL/min. Detection wavelength was set at 203 nm. The temperature of column was at 35 ℃. RESULTS： The mutual mode of HPLC-UV fingerprints was set up, and the similarity to the crude drugs of different producing areas were compared. CONCLUSION： It was simple and quick to identify Semen Ziziphi Spinosae from different sources based on the method, and could be used as a quality control for Semen Ziziphi Spinosae.
