立式8轴定向浮动进排气门坐圈压床的研制成功,不仅使缸盖进/排气门坐圈压装的手工锤击方法被机械自动化压装替代,而且使气门坐圈的压装效率、装配质量得以明显提高。本项目自主研发,能适应2,3,4缸盖多品种气门坐圈压装,具有新颖性、创造性和实用性特点。

This project is completed successfully. Traditional hand bumping of cylinder cover＇s inlet and exhaust outlet ring＇ s pressing and setting is replaced by modem mechanical automation. The efficiency of ring＇ s pressing and setting and the assembling quality are improved obviously. The project researched and developed independently can fit the assembling of multi -type inlet＇ s and outlet＇s ring on 2 - ,3 - ,4 - cylinder cover, and has the characteristics of novelty, creativeness and practicality.
