摘要
从BP神经网络的基本原理、学习规则和学习算法出发,研究了基于BP神经网络的PID控制方法,采用3层前向网络及动态BP算法,取得了较高的控制品质。仿真结果表明,基于BP神经网络的PID控制方法在处理非线性和时变系统时具有很强的鲁棒性。
PID control based on BP neural networks, proceeding from the basic principle, learning rules and algorithms of BP neural networks, is introduced in this paper. Better control qualities are obtained by using the dynamic BP algorithms of three - layer networks. Simulation results indicate that the PID control based on BP neural networks displays a strong robustness in dealing with the nonlinear and uncertain system.
