摘要
分析了磨料浆体射流技术中影响切割的参数,以大理石为脆性材料,采用了正交实验法并对测量数据进行回归分析,建立了基于厚度和下上切口宽之比的切割参数数学模型,并且对试验进行了方差分析,确定了参数的最佳水平组合,为切割工艺和制定切割参数库提供了可靠的理论依据。
The parameters in abrasive suspension jet cutting technology affecting the cutting performance are analyzed. Taking example for marble, the orthogonal experiment method is adopted to make a regression analysis of the test data. Based on the marble thickness and the width ratio of upper and lower kerfs, a cutting parameter mathematical model is established. A variance analysis has been made and a best level combination of the parameters determined, thus providing a reliable theoretical basis for cutting technology and establishment of cutting parameter database.
