摘要 海洋平台框架结构由多管相贯形成。相贯点坐标的准确计算对于整个平台的质量至关重要。论文通过空间解析几何原理建立了多管相贯的数学模型。用参量方程描述了多管相贯线焊接坡口的几何形状。割炬运动可分解为由五轴数控机床实现的5个简单动作。在AutoCAD环境下用Visual LISP自动生成相贯线方程、相贯线上点的坐标及其数控代码。工业应用表明该方法简单有效。 The frame of an ocean platform is formed by multi-pipe intersections. Accurate calculation of intersection point coordinates is crucial to the quality of the platform. The mathematical models of multi-pipe intersections are formulated by spatial analytical geometry. The geometrical shapes of the welding grooves along the intersection curves are described by a set of parametric equations. The spatial motion of the cutting torch is decomposed into five simple motions which can be realized in five axes numerical controlled machines. The intersection curve equations, the coordinates of curve points and the numerical cutting codes are automatically generated by the AutoLISP in the environment of AutoCAD. The industrial applications of the approach have shown the validities of the proposed methods.
