摘要
对钻头套零件实施冲裁加工的工艺性进行分析,研究凸模的选材、结构设计和强化处理方法。通过选用GCr15钢制作凸模,并在预先热处理回火时,适当提高回火温度,控制硬度值在HRC54左右,凸模刃口再经激光表面强化处理,得到较高硬度的表面硬化层的同时,保证凸模心部有良好的韧性。试验结果表明:这种方法有利于提高凸模的抗冲击疲劳性能,延长模具使用寿命。因此,冲裁加工钻头套零件,只要措施得当是完全可行的。
The technique of dill socket parts in punch processing was analyzed. Material selection, structure design and intensity treatment of punch were studied. The punch was made by GCr15 material and the tempering temperature was properly increased during the preheat treatment procedure. The hardness of the die could be controlled around 54HRC. The blade of the punch was processed by laser surface-hardened treatment. Not only the better hardness of the surface was got, but also the better toughness in the punch core part was ensured. The results show that the anit-impact fatigue property of the punch is improved and the life of the punch is prolonged. Hence, it is feasible to machine the punch for processing the drill socket part with proper measures.
