50MN切边液压机工作台改造

Reforming traverse table of 50 MN shaving hydraulic press

太原重型机械集团有限公司技术中心根据用户要求对50 MN切边液压机进行大修改造。本体部分改造的重点是改造移动工作台,新增加8个固定辊子和14个浮动辊子,将移动工作台运动形式由"滑动"改为"滚动";液压系统改造采用二通插装阀集成块,常闭自吸开启型充液阀和液控变量主泵,代替原系统采用的电液换向阀,常开型充液阀和定量泵。改造后压机各项参数指标均达到要求,生产效率大大提高。

The reformation and overhaul repair of the 50 MN shaving hydraulic press were been completed by Taiyuan Heavy Machinery Graup co, Ltd. according to the request of the owner. The main points of the alterations for stand parts were to add 8 fixed rolls and 14 floating rolls, change the table＇s movement from sliding to rolling condition, and adopt the integrate circuit of the two-way cartridge valve, the turn-on liquid valve of the normally closed absorbing function and the variable delivery pump on the hydraulic control system to replace the solenoid controlled pilot operated directional valves, normally open＇s liquid valves and the fixed pumps of the original system. After reformation, all pa- rameters of the hydraulic press can meet the production requirement and the production efficiency is increased markedly.
