摘要
研究了更适合重载挤压工艺的摩擦系数测定新方法。该方法通过浮动凹模摩擦实验装置测定摩擦载荷突变量与其它有关实验数据来确定重载挤压工艺摩擦系数。相应的实验研究表明,该测定新方法能准确地确定金属在挤压成形过程中的摩擦系数和评价其摩擦润滑效果。
A new test method of friction coefficient was studied using floating die experimental device to measure the size of abrupt change of extrusion force and other necessary experiment data. The extrusion friction coefficient could be determined through a special equation. The experimental research verifies that this new method can precisely determine the friction coefficient in the extrusion process and evaluates the effectiveness of lubricating objectively.
