摘要
根据摩托车档位齿轮的产品特点,通过分析各种可能工艺并进行比较,制定产品性能优良、生产效率极高的温锻精密成形工艺。针对产品特点引起模具磨损严重、生产过程成本高等问题,提出一种新的镶块模具结构,设置增压结构优化成形工艺,并对其可行性利用有限元软件进行模拟仿真。将模拟结果进行实际生产验证,从而获得一种生产摩托车档位齿轮和相似产品生产成本低、效率高、成形性能优良的精锻成形工艺和模具结构。
According to the characteristics of the motorbike's profile modified gear, a warm forging precision forming process was established through analyzing and comparing the possible processes, which could produce the product with high quality quickly. A new inserting block mould structure was put forward to solve the problems of badly mould worn out and high production cost, etc. The forming process was optimized by setting up a boosting structure. The feasibility of technology was simulated by FEM software and its result was validated in real production. So the low cost gear with good performance can be produced by this mould structure and forming technology.
