摘要
21世纪农林经济管理人才需求呈现出新的特征,即应用型、通用型、研究型和创新型的人才需求增加。为此,农林经济管理专业的人才培养方向应根据需要做如下调整:一要培养实际应用型人才;二要培养通用型人才;三要培养复合型人才;四要因材施教。
Person majoring in agricultural and forestry economics and mangement take a new characteristic in 21 century, persons need with practical characteristic ,general using characteristic ,researching characteristic and creating ,characteristic increased. So the cultivating orientation need to be transfered：to cultivate practical person; to cultivate general using person; to cuhivate compound person; to cultivate according to person with different ability.
