总结原发性肾病综合征系膜增生性肾小球肾炎的诊治经验。原发性肾病综合征是常见的。经皮肾活检与组织病理学检查对疾病的诊断、治疗及预后评估有重要意义。中西医结合治疗对原发性肾病综合征系膜增生性肾小球肾炎肾病安全有效。为进一步评价这些模式前瞩性随机对照研究和大样本是需要的。

Objective Diagnosis and treatment experience of primary nephrotic syndrome mesangial proliferative glomerulonephritis are discussed in the article. Primary nephrotic syndrome is common. Percutaneous renal biopsy and histopathology examination play an important role in diagnosis , treatment and evaluation of prognosis in the disease. Integrated Chinese and western medicine may be considered as safe and effective treatment for primary nephrotic syndrome mesangial proliferative glomerulonephritis. Prospective randomixed controlled studies and larger sample sizes are needed to further evaluate these modalities.
