摘要
目的为增加九味羌活颗粒中挥发油的稳定性和研制九味羌活其他的固体剂型,而对九味羌活中挥发油β-环糊精包合的最佳工艺进行研究。方法采取L9(34)正交实验,以包合率、收得率和含油率为指标,筛选出饱和水溶液包合法的最佳工艺条件,并用薄层层析法和显微成像法验证包合物的形成。结果最佳包合条件为:β-环糊精和油的比例为8∶1,β-环糊精和水的比例为1∶15,包合温度为35℃,搅拌时间为2 h。结论包合方法简单且易于控制,所得包合物包合率较高。
Objective To study the optimum inclusion process condition for oil in order to increase the stability of volatile oil in Jiuweiqianghuo particle and prepare other solid dosage forms. Methods In saturated Water solution method, the optimum preparation condition was studied by orthogonal test with encapsulation rate, yield rate and oil - containing rate as the index of evaluation. The quality of inclusion compound was checked by TLC and micro - imaging method. Results The optimum inclusion process condition was as follows : the proportion of β- cyclodextrin to oil is 8 : 1 ( g : ml), the proportion of β- cyclodextrin to water( g: ml) is 1:15, inclusion temperature at 35℃ and inclusion for 2 hours. Conclusion The inclusion condition is easily controlled. The encapsulation rate of the inclusion compound is high. Key words:
