摘要
目的探明树舌多糖(GAPS)GF对H22肝癌移植瘤PTEN蛋白表达的影响。方法昆明种小鼠随机分为两组:肿瘤组和树舌多糖组,接种后各组肌肉注射给药,分别给与生理盐水和树舌多糖GF。连续10 d,于末次给药24 h,处死小鼠,剥离肿瘤组织。Western blot技术检测各组样品PTEN蛋白的表达量。结果肿瘤组检测结果为阴性,树舌多糖组检测结果为阳性。结论树舌多糖GF抗肿瘤的作用靶点之一可能为抑癌基因PTEN。
Objective To investigate the influence of ganoderma applanatum polysaccharides (GAPS) GF on the expression of PTEN protein in transplantation tumor of hepatoma H22. Methods Mice of Kunming strain were divided randomly into two groups: tumor group and GAPS group. All the mice were inoculated with hepatoma H22, then were injected with normal saline and GAPSGF respectively for 10 days. After the last time of injection, all the mice were killed and were peeled off the tumor tissue and observed the expression of PTEN protein by western blot. Results The result of tumor group was negative, whereas the result of GAPSGF group was positive. Conclusion One of the anti - tumor action target of GAPSGF may be the antioncogene PTEN.
